  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.
  • Late payments may attract interest.
  • Refunds are only available as explicitly stated in your Project Agreement or as required by Bangladeshi law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to your provided content.
  • Upon full payment, we grant you a license to use the final deliverables.
  • We retain rights to our tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Affiliate and Advertising Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • The Website may earn revenue through advertising and affiliate marketing.
  • We strictly prohibit any form of invalid traffic (e.g., self-clicking ads, using bots, or encouraging artificial clicks/impressions) on AdSense or other ads.
  • The Website will not contain content that violates Google AdSense policies, including (but not limited to) adult material, violence, hate speech, illegal activities, copyrighted material without permission, or misleading claims.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide Services in a professional manner according to industry standards.
